IVR Group Call

IVR group calling is an automatic telephone calling service. The system can initiate calls to multiple numbers at the same time. After the call is connected, it will play a preset voice (such as notifications, reminders or promotional content), and support users to interact through buttons (such as confirmation, transfer or questionnaire selection).Commonly used in batch outbound call scenarios such as corporate notifications and event reminders.
