Why is Identity Authentication Necessary?
The introduction of authentication procedures is a necessary step for signing contracts online, executed according to national regulations. There is no other reason, and we strictly adhere to the principle of confidentiality of information.
Why Does the Platform Show "Under Review" During Authentication?
- 1. Authentication review takes time; personal authentication usually takes less than one day, and enterprise authentication takes 2-3 days.
- 2. If "Under Review" is displayed for a long time, contact staff or customer service for assistance.

Can Domestic SMS Be Sent? Which Countries and Industries Are Supported?
We support sending SMS to industries in over 200 countries worldwide, excluding mainland China.
How to Use the Platform to Send SMS?
Log in to the client, complete authentication, select "Send SMS," and choose between fixed or dynamic SMS sending. Detailed steps can be found in the operation document on the client.
If SMS Services for a Country Are Already Open, Is Reconnection and Testing Required to Open Services for Another Country?
Reconnection and testing are not required, but business binding with staff is necessary.
Should the Mobile Number Receiving SMS Include "+" or Start with "00" or the Country Code?
The format should be country code + mobile number. Both "+" and "00" are acceptable as we handle the prefix. For example, for the Philippines (country code 63 + number 955*6041, 63955*6041).
Why Do Users Receive SMS with Garbled Text?
Special characters such as ¥, ★, _, &, √, ※, etc., are not supported and may cause SMS to appear garbled.
Are There Time Restrictions for Sending International SMS?
There are no time restrictions for sending verification and notification SMS. Promotional SMS can only be sent between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM in most countries to avoid user complaints. Some countries have no such restrictions.
Does the SMS Service Support Sending MMS? Can SMS with Links Be Sent?
MMS and SMS with links are supported.
Why Do Links in Received SMS Appear as Plain Text?
- Links may appear as plain text if they are connected to the text. Add spaces before and after the link or a colon before the link and resend to see if it displays as a hyperlink. (Ensure to use English symbols, as Chinese symbols may affect SMS character count.)
- Log in to the client, click "Send SMS," select "Send Records," and view SMS success rates and records.
How Long Are SMS Sending Records Stored? Is Message Receipt Supported?
SMS sending records are stored for up to six months, and message receipts are supported.

What to Do If Test SMS Is Not Received?
Check if the number format is correct (including the area code). If the number is correct, contact customer service for account adjustments.
Can Chinese Numbers Be Used to Test API Integration?
No, services within mainland China are not currently supported.
Why Are Some Sent Messages Not Received During Testing?
The content may not be compliant (local operators prohibit certain SMS content).
Why Is There No Effect After Testing Is Successful?

How Many Characters Count as One SMS?
- Chinese Characters SMS
- SMS characters = SMS template content characters + signature characters. (Based on actual sent characters)
- SMS characters <= 70, calculated as one SMS per 70 characters.
- SMS characters > 70, considered a long SMS, calculated as one SMS per 67 characters.

- When sending long SMS, users will ultimately receive one long SMS, but the SMS business platform will count and charge based on the number of split SMS.
Will There Be a Notification Before SMS Account Credit Runs Out?
There is no notification for account credit running out, but customers can set up email reminders when the balance falls below a certain value.
What to Do If SMS Account Credit Runs Out?
Contact staff for timely top-up. Failure to top up promptly may affect subsequent business operations and company/personal credit.

Online top-ups are immediate, while other methods may have a 1-2 day delay.
How to Enable PayPal Online Top-Up Privileges?
PayPal top-up is generally not open. If you need to use PayPal, apply to staff and complete identity verification to prove that the PayPal account is used by you.
Who Pays the PayPal Top-Up Fee?
The payer bears the fee.
Why Is the Account Balance Negative (balance shows -) After Adding Credit?
- Credit is the credit limit, which is the amount customers can use for post-payment. Eligibility and amount of credit need to be applied for with staff and are not available amounts or balances.
- Available amount = balance + credit + gift amount.
Why Does It Show "Submission Successful (delivery)" But the Phone Didn't Receive the SMS and Money Was Deducted?
- 1. When the sending status is "Submission Successful (delivery)," it is charged. Even if the status returns as "failed," it is charged, according to the "send and charge" rule set by international/Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan operators.
- 2. Non-compliant content (SMS content prohibited by local operators) is charged and blocked by operators.
- 3. Check if the mobile number is correct, if the signal is good, and if the phone is turned on.

What Is the SMS Display, and Can It Be Changed? Can I Apply for a Unique Sender ID?
- 1. The SMS display is your signature (sendid), a marker added to the SMS content to identify a company or business. Company names, trademarks, product names, website names, public account names, mini-program names, and their abbreviations can be used as signatures.
- 2. Modifications are allowed, and applications can be submitted to staff.
- 3. International/Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan SMS can carry signatures or not.

The display number needs to include the country code to show the incoming call number correctly. Otherwise, a random display number will be shown.

What Is the Dialing Number Format for the Phone?
The calling format is country code + local number, such as an Indian number 91740828XXX, where 91 is India's country code, and 740828XXX is a local Indian number. Enter the complete country and local codes.
Why Is the Display Number Incorrect?
The display number is set incorrectly, or some countries have restrictions on display numbers.
Is the Number Fixed?
Check the local country's operating strategy; some countries allow fixed display numbers, while others require random display.

How to Make Calls with the Phone?

How Is Voice Charged?
Calls are charged after connection. Manual seat billing is 60+60, i.e., per minute; group call billing is 20+20, i.e., every 20 seconds. Contact staff for detailed information. Quotes are uniformly based on minutes.
What Does Billing Cycle Mean?
The billing cycle is the unit of measure for call duration, in seconds. If the call duration is not a multiple of the billing cycle, the cost is calculated based on an additional billing cycle.

It is a pass to access services. Users can only enjoy our voice services after creating an application.
How Long Are Recording Files Stored?
Group call recordings are stored for 3 days, and call center and phone call recordings are stored for 3 months.

Each phone call record contains a recording file, which users can download and store locally.
How to Apply for a Phone?

What Are ASR (Average Answer Rate) and ACD (Average Call Duration)?
- ASR (Average Answer Rate): The ratio of answered calls to total calls.

- (2.1) The password passed to the SMS sending interface is incorrect; verify if the password is correct. The password is the API secret, not the login password, and the API secret can be obtained by logging into the Tianyihong SMS system.
- (2.2) The sign parameter used in the sending interface does not match the datetime passed to the interface.
3. Timestamp Expired: {"status":-16,"desc":"timestamp expires"}
Analysis: The timestamp has expired; use the current system timestamp (allowed time range: within half an hour).
4. Number Error: {"status":-9}
- Analysis: The number passed to the sending interface is incorrect. Common reasons include:
- (1) The receiving number does not include the country code, or a 0 is added after the country code. The Tianyihong system requires the number to be a complete international number with the country code. Correct example: 6281211111111, incorrect examples: 81211111111, 081211111111, 62081211111111.
- (2) The receiving number is not within the scope of business cooperation. For example, if the business only cooperates with Indonesia, the account can only send Indonesian numbers, and other country numbers will return -9.
- (3) If the receiving number is within the scope of business cooperation and the number format is correct, but the number segment is not allowed in the Tianyihong system, confirm if the number exists. If confirmed, contact Tianyihong business to add it.

Analysis: The getsentrcd interface query frequency exceeds the limit. The highest allowed query frequency is once per minute; control the query frequency within the allowed range.
