Job Description

• Develop and execute iGaming marketing strategies to achieve the company's sales and market share goals;
• Responsible for our own brand promotion and building, including brand positioning, brand communication, and brand image management;
• Coordinate marketing and promotional activities, such as exhibitions, promotions, etc., to ensure alignment with marketing strategies;
• Analyze market trends and competitors, and develop corresponding strategies;
• Manage the marketing department team, including setting team goals, guiding team members, and conducting performance evaluations;
• Work closely with the sales team to develop sales plans and strategies, ensuring effective support for marketing activities;
• Responsible for managing and controlling the marketing budget to ensure the effective use of funds and the rationality of expenditures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in marketing, business administration, or related fields;
• Rich experience in marketing, with successful brand promotion and marketing cases preferred, iGaming marketing experience will consider as one priority;
• Strong team management and communication skills, able to effectively coordinate cooperation between departments;
• Good analytical and judgment skills, able to accurately grasp market dynamics and trends;
• Strong execution and ability to work under pressure, able to deal with complex market environments and challenges;
• Proficient in using marketing tools and software, such as market research tools, social media platforms, etc.
